why "mvuvi"?
What does “Mvuvi” mean? In Swahili, the local language, this word means “Fisherman”.
We chose this name as a tribute to the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean, fishy waters that are crossed every day by fishermen with their traditional sailing boats: the Dhows.
To observe them sailing will be a way to immerse yourself into the local reality, that actually is Sea, Sun, endless Beaches, Coconut Palms, lush Vegetation, and joyful people.
